We offer a 14-day return window from receipt. Items must be in original condition. Exchanges are limited to equal or lesser value. All sale items are excluded from returns.

Contact us via email at customerservice@shakawear.com with your order number and a photo. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon approval.

Email customer service with your order details including product, color, and size. Our warehouse will send the correct item.

Shipping fees are not refunded for partial returns. Exchange shipping is waived. Defective or wrong items receive prepaid labels.

Returns and exchanges require up to 10 business days after receipt. Providing tracking information speeds up the process.
