Shipping & Returns

Shaka Wear allows customers to return items within 14 days of receipt. All products must be in original condition to qualify for refunds. We process refunds after inspection, which takes up to 7 business days from receipt date.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for partial returns.

Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers must return items for refunds first, then place new orders for different products. We cannot modify or cancel orders already processed or in transit.

If you receive an incorrect product, contact support for approval. Domestic orders receive prepaid return labels, and the correct item ships once the wrong one arrives.

Damaged products can be exchanged at no cost with photographic proof provided.

Underwear and socks are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Start your return by accessing the returns portal using your order number and contact information. Select your items, choose a return reason, and arrange shipment.

We monitor return patterns. Continued returns violating terms may result in account closure or order refusal at management's discretion.
